    OUR DELIVERY SERVICE

    • Flourish receive regular deliveries from Holland, directly to our refrigerated warehousing.
    • Welcome to FLOURISH! We send Bouquets, Flower Subscriptions & Plant Subscriptions, NATIONWIDE using ROYAL MAIL. Flourish is an independently owned Limited Company and is NOT a member of any Telephone or Internet Flower Delivery Networks. Please note our useful guidelines below.

      PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 48 HOURS FOR DELIVERY. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following working day. ROYAL MAIL sends tracking via email or text once our daily shipments have been manifested.

      * ALWAYS SELECT DELIVERY THE DAY BEFORE A SPECIAL OCCASION.

      ** To ensure you receive the freshest flowers from the Dutch Auctions, please place your order in good time.

      *** Last minute orders are subject to availability. Some products may be substituted for similar flowers at an equivalent value.

      **** APPLE PAY CUSTOMERS **** ALWAYS CHECK YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS WHICH IS STORED IN YOUR TELEPHONE.

    • We deliver during normal office hours (from 09.00hrs until 16.00hrs).
    • We offer a next day delivery service for customers.  Just place your order by 17.00hrs the day before delivery so we are able to action your order.
    • Orders which are placed during the weekend (after 17.00hrs on Fridays and before 09.00hrs on Mondays) will not be sent for delivery until the next working day.
    • Orders placed during Public Holidays will not be sent for delivery until the next working day.

    DELIVERY RATES

    • Royal Mail: £6.96 – Available on Tuesdays – Saturdays.
    • We do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays or public holidays.
    • Always select delivery the day before for Special Occasions.
